Warren Slocum, David Canepa, Don Horsley, and Dave Pine join the growing coalition of community leaders and organizations supporting Pimentel for SMCCCD District 5 Trustee, including his most recent endorser the San Mateo County Democratic Party.

“John will bring a much-needed equity perspective to the district and that, coupled with his progressive agenda, will be of significant benefit to all students. District voters will be well served by John’s background and experience, his problem-solving abilities and his commitment to educational excellence and opportunity for all,” said Warren Slocum, President of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors. “John will make an outstanding trustee and I invite you to learn more at JohnPimentel.com and then vote for John.”

“John is looking out for working families. “John has a wealth of experience managing large budgets, infrastructure projects and large organizations. I am confident he will have a positive impact on the future of SMCCCD through prudent financial decision making and his efforts to improve transparency," said Supervisor Don Horsley.

“As an entrepreneur, John has created over $1 billion of renewable energy infrastructure. His proven track record as a creative thinker who can take an idea and make it a reality would be a great asset to the SMCCCD Board of Trustees," said Supervisor Dave Pine.
